Pout film festival returns for Pride

poutfestivalIn the run up to Pride London, acclaimed film distribution company Peccadillo has teamed up again with the ICA to present another short film festival of queer cinema. Pout 2 (a follow-up to last year’s Pout festival) will feature two feature length, a documentary films and two collections of shorts (with one collection aimed at men and one at women). The features include And Then Came Lola, a lesbian take on Run Lola Run, and Give Me Your Hand – a tense yet haunting account of brotherly love and independence starring Identical twin brothers Victor and Alexandre Carril. The documentary is the fascinating Gay Sex In The 70s – which takes a look back at the pre-AIDS gay scene of 1970s New York.
