Fundraising fun at Soho's Diu

The event will feature an exclusive DJ set from Skin of Skunk Anansie (pictured), and scene favourite Jodie Harsh, and will be generously sponsored by the Law Society.

Stonewall goes global

stonewallGay rights charity Stonewall has been granted permission by the Charity Commission to be able to widen its campaigning remit. It can now officially lobby for further LGB rights internationally, and not just within the UK.
"We’re delighted at the Charity Commission’s decision,’ said Stonewall Chair David Isaac. ‘After our biennial supporters’ survey last year a number of supporters raised the importance of international work with us now that the legislative landscape in Britain is almost equalised."

George and Kenny split

georgemichaelGeorge Michael has announced that he and his partner Kenny Goss have split up. The couple had been together since 1996, and only earlier this year Michael used his Twitter account to dismiss rumours that their relationship was over. Michael talked about his relationship during the first night of his Symphonica tour, which was launched on Monday 22 August at the State Opera House in Prague.
